I am a seasoned organizational development strategist and project management executive with over 20 years of experience advancing governance, compliance, and capacity-building across Africa. Passionate about ethical and adaptive leadership, mental health, public health policy and organizational development, I am currently shaping a dual path: leading transformative organizational compliance and institutional strengthening for global health programs, while laying the foundation for an African Leadership & Ethics Institute to mentor the next generation of values-driven leaders.
